The
first patent was registered in 1995 and this was followed in 1996
by the establishment of a pilot plant at the Wheelabrator Allevard
research centre at Le Cheylas, France and a small team to work on
the process. Further developments lead to a second patent for the
valorisation of electric furnace dusts which was deposited in 1998.
A third patent, targeting the Recupac technology towards the optimised
production of marketable iron oxide products, was deposited early
in 2000. |
